MISSION STATEMENT

Rhythm of Life Sessions was created to empower women, young ladies and girls through the power of the drum. In these unsettling times women are needed to be the adhesive that will keep world community together. Whether it is mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, aunt, Godmother, women are the creators of life and in many instances the ones that bring about peace in a war torn state of mind. ROLS help women to focus on the healing situations in their lives, whatever they may be through the drum.
A holistic healing approach, group drumming breaks down social barriers, promotes freedom of expression, non-verbal communication, unity and cooperation. It awakens dormant emotions and unexplainable feelings of excitement, peace, and ecstasy; and it decreases depression, anxiety, and stress, boosts immune system functioning and benefits physical health. Along with the drumming ROLS includes WARRIOR WOMEN’S WORKOUT, immediately following the ROLS. This workout continues the healing of the body temple, keeping the women whole physically and spiritually.

TIME: 2:30pm-4:30pm
COST: $15.00 * 10 sessions - $100.00
If you don’t have a drum, you can rent one for $5.00
